Body Back is our HIIT format program just for mom. It’s an hour to sweat, an hour to just focus on mom, an hour to build confidence. It’s a program that helps mom eat clean, and take back herSELF! We offer several options during the week. Body Back is perfect for all mamas - we hear our working mamas + moms with school aged children love the flexibility of the program. Most importantly, we start as a group of people, we finish as a group of friends. This program is all about killer workouts + accountability. Are you ready to get your Body Back?
