Let's SWEAT together! We have a 35 minute workout planned for you that is SO GOOD! Grab your yoga mat or towel, find a spot to move, tube or set of weights and a sweat rag. (kids can join in, be in thier strollers or maybe down for a nap)

We suggest you have your own music playing in the back ground. USE A DIFFERENT device then the one you will use to log into the zoom call.
