Stroller Strides is a program where mama can bring her littles! It’s a one hour, full body workout, that can be taken at your own pace. All exercises can be modified for your personal strength level, injuries, or if you’re babywearing. Also, our Fit4Mom instructors will sing and entertain your child so mama can sweat + connect! We meet Monday-Friday. Playgroups are periodically schedule for after stroller strides class ends. The kiddos will have fun doing arts and crafts while the mamas get a chance to catch up. Stroller Strides is as much about the workout as it is the community!
