How do I place my membership on hold or cancel it?

Email eastcontracosta@fit4mom.com to change the status of your membership. All requests need to be received in writing by the 15th of the month in order for account changes to be made on the next upcoming billing cycle. Memberships will be placed on hold for the maximum of 4 months. 1 - There is one time $20 hold fee, which is credited back to your membership dues apon return. The hold fee is non refundable if you do not return.
